The OTI Gas Model

OTI has imported the gas model from Ethereum. In the gas concept, each executed transaction has a price. When a transaction occurs, more than enough gas is spent and the remaining gas is refunded to the sender at his OTI address.

When a smart contract is created, the gas limit and price are determined in OTI. All or part of the gas is reimbursed.
